I recently had the privilege to watch Dr. Deepak Chopra talk about his most recent book, Meta Human - Unleashing Your Infinite Potential. A medicine professor at some of the top universities in the United States and author of several best-sellers, Dr. Chopra is well known for his studies on spiritual health, the mind-body connection and blending Eastern philosophy with Western medicine.
Listening to him reminds me of Master Choa Kok Sui's quote on the union between science and spirituality, a trend He deems to be inevitable.
"At the present moment, science sometimes seems to be incompatible with spirituality. What we call science is actually physical science. What we call spirituality is actually the inner sciences or sciences not dealing with the physical world. The process of the union between science and spirituality is already in progress. This can be seen in the field of quantum physics merging with mysticism, in homeopathy, in acupuncture, feng shui, chi kung, vibrational medicine and others.
Pranic Healing and Arhatic Yoga are examples of the union between science and spirituality. This trend is inevitable and will become stronger in the future."

Chopra's studies are aligned with Master Choa's vision. It's no wonder that he is one of the many endorsers of Master Stephen Co's book Your Hands Can Heal You, a great reference I personally recommend to those willing to get started with Pranic Healing. Here's what Dr. Chopra has to say about it:

I first got introduced to Dr. Chopra in an interview he had with Tony Robbins long ago. In that pleasant conversation, Chopra shared inspiring bits about his personal journey and his integrative approach to health. The following passage really captured my attention:
"98% of all the atoms [of your physical body] come and go in less than one year. (...)
"If I look at an x-ray and see a tumor and I compare it with a tumor from six months ago, am I really looking at the same tumor? The answer is: on the material level, no. Every single atom of Carbon, of Hydrogen, of Oxygen, of Nitrogen that makes up this tumor is not the same, is different from the tumor six months ago. However, because the underlying quantum mechanical framework is the same - in other words, the cellular memory is the same, or the underlying physiological processes at a non-material level are the same - it keeps coming back the same way.
"It's like if I have the ability to change every brick in this building once a year but I'm stuck with the notion this is the only way to do it, I get the same looking building every time.
"If I want to get rid of this tumor I have to exorcise the "ghost of this tumor", and by the "ghost of this tumor" I mean the impulses of information, energy, transformation, memory, condition-response, all the things that structure the non-physical aspects of the tumor that result in this physical expression."
